We've built our company around a simple vision -
"Solutions". We go beyond the everyday world of plumbing
installations based on pre-designed / engineered plans and
specifications. We work with property owners, building managers and
general contractors to provide "real world" problem solving
ideas which take into account the varying conditions found in older
buildings. Our years of experience working in low, mid and high-rise
residential and commercial buildings allow us to investigate and
research various water pressure, temperature and drainage issues that
arise in older buildings more efficiently and effectively with
guaranteed results. We also understand what it takes to work in occupied
buildings where residents' and tenants' anxiety over intrusive repairs
and remodeling are of the utmost importance. We have a strong team of
resources throughout the industry to rely on and confer with in our
efforts to provide the right answer - every time. There are two steps to
solving any problem -
- Identify the problem and define the solution
- Implement the solution
We see these two steps as a way of more clearly defining our role in
the problem solving process. When we are called, asked and agree to help
a customer take the first step, we make no assumption that we will be
the contractor to provide the second. We focus on each step separately.
Our track record is unmatched - when asked to implement our
recommended solution, we have consistently provided the desired results.
This philosophy has led to a strong customer base and an ever-increasing
